Some of you know already, but I passed the
CompTIA Security+ exam last week. I'm excited. I'm hoping that this will help in my quest to find a job in network security closer to home in Ohio. It's the not the greatest of certifications, but it's a good start to show that I'm seriously interested in IT security and that I know a thing or two about it, too. My next certification that I'm setting my sights on is the
GCED from the Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC).
